Four key dimensions—reliability, economic benefits, assurance, and responsiveness—were analyzed for two applications, DANA and LinkAja. This study used Support Vector Machine algorithm with an accuracy measurement using the Confusion Matrix reaching 83.83% for DANA and 82,58% for LinkAja. The ROC curve showed the best AUC result of 0.909 for DANA and 0.900 for LinkAja (Excellent Classification). Sentiment analysis revealed that both applications faced predominantly negative sentiment, except for the economic benefit dimension of LinkAja, which showed a higher proportion of positive sentiment. Major issues identified include slow problem resolution, unresponsive customer service, and occasional application errors. These challenges highlight user dissatisfaction and the need for improved customer service and system reliability. The findings underscore the importance of addressing user complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://chss.kipmi.or.id/journal/article/view/80The essence of life in As-Sa'di tafsir: A multidimensional analysis of Al-Hayah in the Qur'an2024-11-24T08:36:10+07:00Eko Sumardianto[email protected]Alfiyatul Azizah[email protected]Yeti Dahliana[email protected]
In the contemporary era marked by existential and spiritual crises, a deep understanding of the nature of life has become increasingly important. The Qur'an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, presents the concept of life through the term Al-Hayah. This study examines the meaning of the term Al-Hayah in the Qur'an using a thematic exegesis approach, with a focus on the work of Abdurrahman bin Nashir As-Sa’di, Tafsir As-Sa’di, as the main reference. The research employs a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, involving the analysis of Qur'anic verses and related interpretations. The aim of the study is to explore and analyze the meaning of the term Al-Hayah, identify key themes, and understand its context and implications within the Qur'anic view. The findings indicate that the term Al-Hayah encompasses physical, eschatological, spiritual guidance, and existential dimensions of life, as well as the relationship between humans and Allah. As-Sa’di’s interpretation of Al-Hayah not only reflects classical understanding but also remains relevant to the context of modern life, making a significant contribution to thematic Qur'anic exegesis and the application of Qur'anic values in daily life.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://chss.kipmi.or.id/journal/article/view/70Al-i'jaz al-'ilmi fi al-hadith: Case studies of cupping therapy in modern medical research2024-06-10T17:29:25+07:00Nur Kholis bin Kurdian[email protected]Ainun Nur Hasanah[email protected]Akhmad Yanuar Fahmi Pamungkas[email protected]
Al-i'jaz al-'ilmi is news that comes from the Qur'an or hadith about a fact that has been proven empirically through modern scientific research which in the past has not been scientifically revealed. Among the news from the prophet's hadith that is studied in this research is the hadith about cupping therapy that has been recommended by the Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam since 14 centuries ago. Since modern scientific research can be conducted in a variety of ways and produce evidence that may not be conclusive, it is necessary to understand the categorical level of evidence derived from modern scientific research in order to be declared as al-i'jaz al-'iImi (scientific miracle). Unfortunately, research on this topic is still limited. On the other hand, such knowledge is important to enrich the information needed in the context of the science of ma'ani al-hadith and the enhancement of faith or spirituality of modern Islamic society. The purpose of this study is to reveal the categories of modern research findings to be declared as al-i'jaz al-'ilmi in the context of health. This research is library research. To see the implementation of the categories compiled, categorization is applied to medical research datasets related to cupping therapy. The results showed that the categorization of al-i'jaz al-ilmi fi al-hadith research includes; the existence of a valid hadith text discussing this matter, then there is a clear signal in the hadith text about scientific facts, then the existence of authentic scientific facts, meaning that it has been tested, not just a theory. Based on this categorization, the medical research dataset related to cupping therapy falls into this category. This shows that medical research evidence related to cupping therapy and medical research is part of al-i'jaz al-ilmi fi al-hadith.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://chss.kipmi.or.id/journal/article/view/50Exploring food culture in India: Negotiating access, uses and experiences among migrant students using social media2023-12-16T10:13:19+07:00Sapna Mysore Srinivasa[email protected]Muhammed Swalih Karuthamakkakath[email protected]
Migration, short term or long term is a shift from a certain set of norms and practices to another one. This is a change which happens gradually. Among migrants, food culture can stay intact, or there can be a mixture of home and host food culture, or they can completely change to the culture of the host place. Social media’s role in cultural communication and food communication has been investigated largely by academicians. The current study investigates the role of social media in the food habits and the shift in culinary culture among interstate migrant students. One part of the study deals with how students cope with the new culinary environment which is different from their original one with the help of social media. The second part deals with the hands of social media in the exploration of the new food culture. The study occupies a questionnaire survey among interstate migrant students from Kerala who are studying across India to understand about the questions.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://chss.kipmi.or.id/journal/article/view/91Social marketing programs and content analysis of Ivorian online newspaper reporting on breast cancer awareness2024-12-20T13:29:52+07:00Ousmane Koffi Abdoulaye[email protected]
This article highlights the examination of the true gravity of numerous other malignancies. To analyse the data, the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis Test was used. χ2 = 17.005, 6.685, and 11.528, df = 4, p<.05) indicated that social marketing initiatives had an impact on the goods and services.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://chss.kipmi.or.id/journal/article/view/83Exploring user satisfaction in digital healthcare: The role of doctor-patient communication, service quality, and user experience on Halodoc's online medical platform (a PLS-SEM Analysis)2024-11-25T07:21:36+07:00Sifa Sahdani Wijaya[email protected]Subhan Afifi[email protected]
The integration of digital technology into healthcare services, particularly through telemedicine, has greatly improved user convenience and accessibility. This study examines the influence of effective communication and service quality on user satisfaction with the Halodoc application, with user experience evaluated as a potential moderating factor. Adopting a quantitative research approach, data were gathered via an online survey of 184 purposively selected respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that effective communication does not significantly impact user satisfaction directly, whereas service quality has a strong and positive effect. Moreover, user experience independently enhances user satisfaction but does not significantly moderate the relationships between effective communication, service quality, and user satisfaction. This study contributes to the academic field of health communication by providing valuable insights into factors shaping user satisfaction within telemedicine platforms. From a managerial perspective, the results underscore the necessity of ongoing innovation in service delivery. Additionally, they emphasize the importance of enhancing the responsiveness and professional competence of healthcare providers through structured training programs to better meet user needs and expectations.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Communications in Humanities and Social Sciences
